NikeStore.com registered members are entitled to free return shipping on all orders. If you are not a registered member, you are not eligible for free shipping on your return... but you can learn about the great benefits (including free returns on subsequent orders) and sign up today.

If you already have your UPS Flex Return Prepaid Label and need return instructions, go here.  If you are shipping from an APO/FPO address and already have your USPS Prepaid Return Label, go here for additional instructions.

If you are a registered member and need a prepaid label for yor return:

1. Click on Order Status at the top of the page, then log in. This screen lists all of the orders that you have placed under this profile:
   
   If you are a registered member but your order is not listed, please contact us and we can assist you with a prepaid mailing label.
   
   
2. Next, click on Get Return Label to bring up the following form:
   
   
   
3. Select your order number from the drop-down menu, verify your email address and shipping address information, and select the method by which you would prefer to receive your prepaid mailing label.

Some notes about this form:

- The address fields are required even if you are printing the label or having the label emailed.

- If you elect to have your label sent via Email, it will be sent from NikeCom@nike.com. If you don't receive the email within one hour, check your spam folder.

- If you are shipping your package from an APO/FPO address, the label you receive will be a USPS Prepaid Return Label. Simply follow the directions on the label and give it to your APO/FPO or postal carrier.

- If you elect to have the prepaid return label sent via Mail, you should receive it within 1-2 weeks.

- Adobe Acrobat Reader is required if you have an prepaid return label mailed to you. And, of course, a printer.

- The label is a UPS Flex Return Prepaid Label (unless you are shipping from an APO/FPO address). Click here for additional instructions.
